We provide on our website and via JSON API, the only fully-standardized fundamentals data set based on XBRL filings. The data is comparable in quality and granularity to the major data aggregators, but available in minutes rather than hours due to a fully-automated process. PROCESSING

XBRLogic processes XBRL digital documents in real time. Within minutes of a company's filing, our processing application will have performed the following tasks:

  • downloaded the files
  • extracted the raw data
  • validated as reported statements
  • tagged company extensions
  • computed standardized subtotals
  • created metrics dataset
  • submitted to cloud storage

LATEST DOCUMENTS

The primary sources of fundamental data are 10K and 10Q filings submitted quarterly to the SEC. This is as reported data and is 90% standardized. The remaining 10% requires tagging individual line items to the XBRL taxonomies. We've developed algorithms to automate this process. In addition to standardizing the data, we calculate fourth quarter income statements which are not otherwise reported, quarterly cash flow statements from year-to-date numbers, and ratios and other financial and non-financial metrics.
